I really hope you will love your new painting as much as I did making it. If the item however is not as you expected it, you can contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once we agreed on a return you will then need to carefully re-package the item and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees and any taxes.
